Missouri Bank Travel Exchange will bring regional bank loyalty group travel planners and tourism representatives together for a networking, educational, and business exchange conference. The 2018 Missouri Bank Travel Exchange will be held April 23–25, 2018 at Chateau on the Lake Spa Resort and Convention Center in Branson, Missouri.

Bank Travel Planners

Registration for Bank Travel Planners opens August 1, 2017. The fee for registration is $125 per registered banker delegate. Registration fee includes up to a two-night stay at Chateau on the Lake, and all meals which are part of the program. A special room rate of $95.00 plus tax will be offered to bankers wishing to arrive early or stay after the conference. Based on availability. Travel costs to and from Branson, Missouri are the responsibility of the delegate.

Travel Industry Suppliers

Online registration for Travel Industry Suppliers opens Friday, September 1, 2017. No supplier registration spots will be held in advance of September 1.

Registration fees for Suppliers

$295 for Missouri Travel Council members. Delegates must maintain Missouri Travel Council membership in 2018 to qualify for the member rate.

$435 for Non-Members.

Chateau on the Lake ResortLodging Information

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa & Convention Center for conference delegates. Room rates are $129.00 plus tax based on double occupancy. You may make room reservations by calling (888) 333-5253 and identify you are a supplier attending the Missouri Bank Travel Exchange. Cut off date for reservations is March 21, 2018, or until the block is full. Suppliers are encouraged to make their reservations early.

PLEASE NOTE: When making reservations the hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual only if the Hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

Mo Bank Gives Back

2018 marks the 12th year for Missouri Bank Travel Exchange. This April, the conference will once again include MO Bank Gives Back as a part of the program. MO Bank Gives Back is designed to help a worthy but in-need organization in our host community. Additional information as to the 2018 recipient and the suggested wish lists will be posted in early spring.
