Attendees can now make guest room reservations by calling our reservations department at 573-442-6400 and ask for the Missouri Travel Alliance discounted group guest room rate or give the code “2026 Missouri Sports Travel Exch”. You can also book directly online. Note: the link only works for the contracted dates of Monday, March 2, 2026 – Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and will only work for the room types that are currently available. If a guest would like to arrive early or stay late, they will need to contact the reservations department directly to check availability.

Large Market MTA Members (greater than 15,000 in population) Pay your registration online: $295.
A guest can be added for an additional $147.50.

Small Market MTA Members (less than 15,000 in population) Pay your registration online: $245.
A guest can be added for an additional $122.50.

Non-Member Small Market (less than 15,000 population): Online registration payment is $445.
A guest can be added for an additional $222.50.

Non-Member Large Market (greater than 15,000): Online registration payment is $495.
A guest can be added for an additional $247.50.
