Missouri Travel Alliance’s Leisure Travel Trade Show at the Missouri State Fair
Thursday, August 20, 2020, Mohler Assembly Hall 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our 2020 Leisure Travel Trade Show will be held at the Missouri State Fair, in the Mohler Assembly Hall, in Sedalia, MO on Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 20, 2020 has again been designated as Governor’s, Legislators’ and Judges’ Day at the Missouri State Fair.
Whether promoting your area’s history, attractions, shopping, girlfriend and/or couples get-away packages, spa weekends, golf opportunities, unique boutiques, wine tasting tours, etc., let creativity be your guide in promoting all that your community, hotel and/or attraction has to offer! This leisure travel trade show showcases some of the best of the best from communities across the state. Attendees to the trade show have a chance to win a variety of great door prizes, including a number of outstanding gift baskets donated by participating exhibitors.
Each booth provides an 8′ x 10′ space, a table and two chairs and you may secure more than one booth per organization. We will not have pipe and drape or signage, so plan your booth accordingly. You can present tourism or event information, provide demonstrations or simply display items which relate to your theme. Additionally, you can sell related merchandise within your booth.
The Fair is promoting our trade show and all the various activities planned for this special day at the Fair, including the “Governor’s Ham Breakfast.”
To round it all out, the Missouri Wine and Grape Board and County Distributing will be holding a complimentary wine and beer tasting event from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Mohler Assembly Hall. Free wristbands are needed to participate in the wine and beer tasting event. Those wristbands are distributed to those 21 years of age and older beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Missouri Travel Alliance’s Booth in the Assembly Hall, while supplies last. Proof of age identification is required.
Your cost to exhibit is only $125 per booth for MEMBERS of Missouri Travel Alliance. The booth price is only $150 for NON-MEMBERS.
