12:30 PM – Check in for Meeting Planners
1:00 PM 3:00 PM- Educational Sessions (Exhibitors and meeting planners are invited to attend these sessions)
- Getting professional looking photos without a professional photographer – Aaron Fuhrman, Missouri Division of Tourism
- Creating and implementing a marketing campaign

2:30 PM – Exhibitors must be set up by this time
3:00 PM – Tradeshow begins
4:30 PM – Tradeshow ends
