Missouri Travel Alliance will host the 2021 Missouri Sports Travel Exchange March 15-18, 2021 at Old Kinderhook in Camdenton, Missouri. Missouri Sports Travel Exchange will bring sport event organizers and right holders from across the Midwest as well as sports tourism representatives from the entire state for two days of one-on-one appointments, education and networking!

Sport Event Organizers and Right Holders

Registration fee is $45 per person. Registration fee includes two nights lodging at Old Kinderhook, all meals that are a part of the event and the marketplace appointments. A special room rate will be available for those wishing to arrive early, based on availability. Travel cost to and from Camdenton is the responsibility of the attendee. When registration opens, please complete the planner profile sheet when you register. Your room reservation will be made by our event planner once you complete the registration form.  NOTE:  Any cancellations after March 5th and all no-shows will be billed one nights lodging.

Sport Tourism Representatives

Registration fee for Missouri Travel Alliance members is $245. A second sport tourism representative may attend with the primary appointment holder for $122.50.  The registration rate for non-members is $395. A second sport tourism representative from a non-member organization may attend with the primary non-member appointment holder for $197.50. When registration opens, a room block will be available at Old Kinderhook at a discounted rate of $79 plus tax.

Cannot attend the 2021 Missouri Sports Travel Exchange?

For just $75, your destination profile sheet can be included in the on-site registration packet. Your profile sheet must be 8.5 x 11 and can be two-sided. The sheets must be submitted to the MSTE event planner by February 27. We will contact you regarding the number of profile sheets you should provide.
